Our servers work with your caterer to learn all about the featured dishes, and become familiar with the ingredients and preparation. They will then circulate throughout your party, offering hors d’oeuvres, appetizers, and canapés to your guests. They will also be on hand afterwards to help tidy up and make sure the space looks just like it did before the event started.
